The right or appropriate time to start wearing makeup? read details thats wat the cool kids do 
?
dont say never becuz makeup has a nice confidence boost and helps those who arent naturally beautiful or doesnt believe dying alone isnt nice and your face is like a canvas to artists… but opinions would be nice im 14 and im scheduling my start of makeup at maybe 15-18… but i really like my under eye circles.
when did you start makeup or when do u think starting is appropriate? also if ur going to defy my rule why do you think its bad?
I really didn’t wear much makeup until late high school. Before then I would just use a few things here and there.
I don’t think there’s a “right” time, because you can always wear a little makeup and make it look natural. Things like tinted moisturizer, lip gloss, or maybe a light eyeshadow just add a bit of color without being overwhelming.
